We want you to be happy with RepNext. If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
You have two options:
- Use the Paddle buyer portal at paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout.
- Or email us at contact@repnext.app with your order details and we will help process it.
Refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record and are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling future renewals
Cancelling your subscription from the Settings page stops future renewals. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund — please request a refund using one of the methods above if you want your most recent charge returned.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law entitles you to a refund, repair, or replacement, that right applies in addition to our 30-day guarantee above.
